At IKC Holsters, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All IKC Holsters products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

What Our Warranty Covers

If you believe your product is defective, damaged, or does not fit correctly, please contact us at:

Please include:

• A detailed explanation of the issue

• Clear photos of the product

• A short video (if requested) to assist with evaluation

Once reviewed, if we determine that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or damage covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

The following actions void the warranty:

• Alterations or modifications to the holster

• Use of a heat gun

• Sanding, cutting, or reshaping

• Any structural modification to the holster

Once a holster has been modified in any way, we are unable to offer warranty exchanges or replacements.

Warranty Replacement Fees

Approved warranty replacements require a small processing and shipping fee:

• $15 — Replacement shell only (no hardware included) with Priority Shipping

• $25 — Replacement with new hardware and Priority Shipping

These fees cover handling and expedited return shipping.

IKC Holsters reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility upon inspection and review.
